Fresh Teams is a sense and respond tool that gives organizations insights into their employees, their skills and time tracking entries.
Making it easier to better match people to new project opportunities, build more compatible teams and allow employees to log their working time.The app is separated into five main areas: People, Skills, Time Tracking, Teams and My Account.
Plus there is a global search feature that can be used to search for specific People or Skills.People - an alphabetically sorted list of people inside the organization.
There is an index-scroll that enables quick jumping to a specific letter, people are sorted by first name.
Tapping the entry for a person takes you to a detailed view, which shows more information on the person and their skills ranked from strongest to weakest.Skills - an alphabetically sorted list of available skills within the organization.

Adding new time is easy via a modal time entry form.
Time entries can be added / edited / deleted manually.
There is also a built in timer that can be used to track time against specific client projects / tasks.Teams - a list of available teams within the organization.
Tapping the entry for a team takes you to a detailed view, which shows a detailed breakdown of the team members and skills, including an interactive skills chart.My Account - a personalized profile for the current user, that shows rated and unrated skills, ranked from strongest to weakest.
Users can edit and rank skills, which then show up on their people profile throughout the other app sections.
Its also possible to edit basic profile information, including role and phone.
